Hey Girls! Okay, this is the last thing, I promise. I just find this topic interesting, especially since I've recently converted to a vegetarian diet. Check out this article:

I've changed by diet for the ethical reasons but it's important to ensure we're not denying our bodies what they need to be healthy.
Also, make sure you read the comments section at the bottom of the blog. They are also pretty informative-- several of them arguing against the points made in the article. Let me know what you think!
